We currently have an opportunity to join our Retail Management Team as a Store Manager of our Canberra retail site. Ideally you will have experience in the building and hardware industry, however a Manager with a passion for delivering customer satisfaction to the highest level will certainly be considered.
Other quality’s should include:
- Dynamic communicator
- Proven selling ability
- Strong merchandising skills
- Ability to coach and develop your teams retail skills
- Ability to build a customer base and attract and manage trade business
- Industrial experience preferred
- Experience in retail management is essential
