Ideally you will have experience in the building and hardware industry, however a Manager with a passion for delivering customer satisfaction to the highest level will certainly be considered.

- Proven selling ability
- Strong merchandising skills
- Ability to coach and develop your teams retail skills
- Ability to build a customer base and attract and manage trade business
- Industrial experience preferred
- Experience in retail management is essential

Reporting to the Product Manager in this segment, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining business relationships with existing clients and more importantly, developing new business within the Patio & Carport industry.
The level of interaction with clients in helping them to develop their business requires a person with proven sales experience and the ability or experience in small business management.
Our successful applicant will be:

- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Resourceful, customer focused and pro-active in developing business in new territories and be able to successfully maintain existing accounts
- Action orientated and able to effectively communicate on all levels
