Super Saver Online Frequently Asked Questions


How do I become a new Super Saver member?

In the top bar on the right hand side, click on the ‘Login’ (person) icon. Click on the ‘Register’ link to visit the Register Page. In the right column under ‘I do not have a Super Saver card’, fill in your details and click ‘Submit’.

Your online profile will be set up, your details will be processed and your Super Saver card will be sent to you in the post.

You will not be able to accumulate points and vouchers until you have received your card and registered it with your online profile.

Until then, you can view your profile and change your details.

Next you will be taken to an authentication page. Enter the email and password you provided on the previous screen. Click ‘Login’ and you will be taken to your ‘My Profile’ page where you can view and update your details.

When your card arrives in the post. Please visit the website again to link the card.

In the top bar on the right hand side, click on the ‘Login’ (person) icon. Click on the ‘Register’ link to visit the Register Page. In the left column under ‘I have a Super Saver card’, enter your state, Super Saver number and last name. You will then be asked to verify or provide your email address. Enter your address and click ‘Login’.

Your card will then be linked with your online account and you will receive a confirmation email.

Once complete a success message is displayed. Your card has been linked to your account, and you can visit your ‘My Profile’ page. Then you can begin earning points and redeeming vouchers while you shop online.

 


How do I link my Super Saver card when it arrives in the post?

When your card arrives in the post. Please visit the website again to link the card.

In the top bar on the right hand side, click on the ‘Login’ (person) icon. Click on the ‘Register’ link to visit the Register Page. In the left column under ‘I have a Super Saver card’, enter your state, Super Saver number and last name. You will then be asked to verify or provide your email address. Enter your address and click ‘Login’.

What happens if I have a Super Saver card but have never logged in online before?

In the top bar on the right hand side, click on the ‘Login’ (person) icon. Click on the ‘Register’ link to visit the Register Page. In the left column under ‘I have a Super Saver card’, enter your state, Super Saver number and last name. You will then be asked to verify or provide your email address.

Enter your address and click ‘Verify’.

This will set up your online profile and you will receive a confirmation email with a temporary password. Check your email and click the link provided in the email. This link will take you to a page where you can enter your email address and temporary password.

Once complete you will be taken to your ‘My Profile’ page. There may be a ten minute delay before your points, vouchers and transactions appear. Then you can begin earning points and redeeming vouchers while you shop online.

 


What if I’ve got a SuperSaver card but have not given you an email address?

When registering your card via the Register Page, if you have not provided an email you will be asked to enter one. If you have provided an email, you will be asked to check it is your current email address.

In the top bar on the right hand side, click on the ‘Login’ (person) icon. Click on the ‘Register’ link to visit the Register Page. In the left column under ‘I have a Super Saver card’, enter your state, Super Saver number and last name. You will then be asked to verify or provide your email address. Enter your address and click ‘Login’.

 


What if I don’t have an email address?

You can use your Super Saver card in-store, but an email address is required to activate your online profile. Please visit an online email provider such as Gmail or Outlook to set up a free email account.

 


Where do I go if I want to update my details?

In the top bar on the right hand side, click on the ‘Login’ (person) icon. Once logged-in, in the same popup window, click on the ‘My Profile’ page link. On the ‘My Profile’ page you will see a heading titled ‘Your Profile’. Click on this and it will open to revel your details.

Enter the details you wish to update and click ‘Submit’.

 


How many points do I accumulate online?

You accumulate points at the same rate as you would in one of our stores. For every $1 spent you accumulate 1 point. Occasionally we may choose to implement a promotion where Super Savers will earn double or even triple points for every dollar spent. Regardless of this multiplier, the maximum points that you can earn in one transaction is 1,000.

 


How do I use my vouchers when purchasing online?

You must be logged-in to use your vouchers when shopping online.

In the top bar on the right hand side, click on the ‘Login’ (person) icon. Enter your email and password.

Once logged-in, in the same popup window, click on the ‘My Profile’ page link to view your profile page. If you have any vouchers, they will appear under the ‘Available Vouchers’ heading.

Copy the voucher code you wish to use, then begin shopping.

After adding items to your shopping cart. In the top bar on the right hand side, click on the shopping cart icon. Click on ‘Checkout’ to visit the checkout page.

On the bottom left of the checkout page you will see a box where the voucher code can be entered. Enter the code and click ‘Apply’. The discount applied will appear in green and the total will be adjusted. Continue the checkout process to complete the transaction.

An email will be sent with the transaction details, and it will list the voucher codes used.

 


Can I use multiple vouchers on the one transaction?

Yes. On the bottom left of the checkout page you will see a box where the voucher code can be entered. Enter the code and click ‘Apply’. The discount applied will appear in green and the total will be adjusted.

In the same voucher code box, a new field will appear, allowing you to enter another voucher code. Enter the code and click ‘Apply’.

If you wish to remove one of the vouchers, simply click the cross icon.

 


Can I use the vouchers I generate online in store? How?

Yes. Simply give the cashier your voucher number when purchasing in-store and they will apply your discount.

To view your available vouchers online; In the top bar on the right hand side of the website, click on the ‘Login’ (person) icon. Enter your email and password.

Once logged-in, in the same popup window, click on the ‘My Profile’ page link to view your profile page. If you have any vouchers, they will appear under the ‘Available Vouchers’ heading.

 


Can I use the vouchers that I generate in-store online? How?

What component of the cost of my online purchase accumulates points?

Points are only accumulated on the value of the product, not on the value of the freight. So you will receive the same number of points no matter whether you have purchased the product in store, you’ve click and collected the product or if you’ve had it delivered to you and paid a delivery charge.

 


Can I pay for freight using vouchers?

No. The freight will always need to be paid for with cash. You cannot apply a voucher to the freight charge.

 


How long are my online vouchers valid for?

Unless otherwise specified, the voucher will have the same duration as a voucher generated in-store. This is duration is three months. However, from time to time we may choose to reduce or increase the duration of the vouchers at our discretion.

 


What happens to the unused portion of my voucher?

No change or credit is given on the unused portion of reward vouchers. Please use your vouchers carefully in the checkout to ensure you receive the maximum benefit.
