NPD is also an opportunity for Stratco and its Authorised Dealers to raise funds for donation to organisations devoted to fighting Cancer.  To this end, during the period 1 September 2020 to 30 November 2020 (Promotion Period), Stratco will donate to #trustee as trustee for the Anti Cancer Foundation of South Australia (CCSA) (ABN 31 469 615 538) of 202 Greenhill Road, Eastwood SA 5063 (CCSA):

  • $50.00 for each complete Stratco Outback Patio, and each complete Stratco Pavilion, installed by an Authorised Stratco dealer in the Promotion Period.

As the calculation of the total amount of Donations to be made by Stratco to CCSA involves information that is commercially sensitive to Stratco, Stratco reserves the right not to publish the total amount that it donates to CCSA.  However, Stratco has committed to donating a minimum of $75,000 to CCSA in relation to the Promotion Period.

Donations to be made to CCSA in relation to the Promotion Period, will be calculated in December following the Promotion Period, and paid by Stratco to CCSA by no later than by the 31st day of the January following the Promotion Period.

In addition to donations made by Stratco, CCSA and its Cancer Council affiliates in each Australian state and territory are engaging in fundraising activities related to NPD.  Registration and terms and conditions applicable to these activities can be found at www.cancercouncilnationalpatioday.com.au

Data and information, including customer personal information, collected by Stratco in relation to NPD from the use of websites operated by Stratco (including all subsidiaries and related companies) may be used by Stratco.  Details of the use that Stratco may make of information collected by it can be found in the Privacy Policy that is accessed at www.stratco.com.au/privacy-policy

Stratco and CCSA are acting in conjunction to promote their respective interests in relation to NPD, and may with the permission or authority of the other use Trade Marks (registered or subject to application), logos, or the name of the other in relation to the promotion or marketing of NPD activities or events.  Notwithstanding any such use, or any other matter or conduct in relation to NPD, Stratco and CCSA are not in a relationship of employment, agency or partnership in relation to NPD.

Persons or entities participating in NPD or a related event or activity are not authorised to use Trade Marks (whether registered or subject to application), logos, or names of Stratco without express written authority or permission of Stratco. “Stratco” (a registered TM) and “National Patio Day” (the subject of a trade mark application) are examples of the many trade mark registrations or application owned by Stratco.

Minimum $50 Donation With Patio Sales

National Patio Day (NPD) is an initiative of Stratco (Australia) Pty Ltd (Stratco).

NPD is an opportunity for family and friends to celebrate the start of an Australian summer, under the shade and protection of a patio.

NPD is also an opportunity for Stratco and its Authorised Dealers to raise funds for donation to organisations devoted to fighting Cancer.  To this end, during the period 1 September 2019 to 30 November 2019 (Promotion Period), Stratco will donate to #trustee as trustee for the Anti Cancer Foundation of South Australia (CCSA) (ABN 31 469 615 538) of 202 Greenhill Road, Eastwood SA 5063 (CCSA):

  • $50.00 for each complete Stratco Outback Patio, and each complete Stratco Pavilion, that is delivered to an end customer in the Promotion Period; and
  • $50.00 for each complete Stratco Outback Patio, and each complete Stratco Pavilion, installed by an Authorised Stratco dealer in the Promotion Period.

As the calculation of the total amount of Donations to be made by Stratco to CCSA involves information that is commercially sensitive to Stratco, Stratco reserves the right not to publish the total amount that it donates to CCSA.  However, Stratco has committed to donating a minimum of $150,000 to CCSA in relation to the Promotion Period.
