Stratco Featured In Winning Homes At The HIA SA 2022 Awards!

Each year the Housing Industry Association recognises designers and builders as they showcase their homes for the Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards. In 2022, two winning homes used Stratco products to create architectural masterpieces. South Coast Constructions were awarded both The Home Of The Year and Display Home Of The Year, while Dellatorre Construction was awarded Renovation / Addition Project of the Year.

Based in Port Elliot, The Ashton by South Coast Constructions was designed with great attention to detail. Renovation / Addition Project Of The Year

This incredible home transformation of an Aldgate cottage by Dellatorre Construction impressed the judges. The complexity of this home's unique box structures required creative solutions. Complementing the eye-catching angles of the exterior, the popular Stratco COLORBOND® Hiland Tray cladding was also used for the walls and roofing. Stratco's steel cladding has been engineered to withstand strong weather conditions and deliver a long lasting investment. The attractive flat profile and standing seam of our Hiland Tray blends perfectly with the geometric theme of the home.
