An exciting opportunity has become available at Stratco Mid North Coast for a MR Truck Driver based in Port Macquarie.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review vehicle load sheets, plan the load and placement onto delivery truck
- Secure load, prepare manifest and assist loading when required
- Deliver to customers and place onsite as required
- Maintain vehicle and driver log
- Liaise with Despatch team and customers on delivery issues and delays

RESPONSIBILITIES

Due to a growing demand, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Aluminum Louvre Installer based at our Silverdale location. The installer will work as part of a dedicated installation crew, responsible for the installation of Kudos louvre roofs and shutters around the region.

We are now seeking a dynamic Product Manager and Sales professional to assume the newly created role of National Patio Manager. Reporting directly to the NZ Country Manager, you will take ownership of the sales, marketing and product development strategies to grow the product range and market share of Stratco patio products in New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase sales volumes of the patio product range through the dealer network, trade and retail customers, and Stratco's patio supply and install operations.
- Understand customer needs, market dynamics and competitor behaviour to ensure sales and marketing strategies are at all times relevant and effective to achieve sales performance.
- Manage dealer development including assisting with identifying, onboarding and managing dealers and prospective trade accounts.
- Drive and facilitate consistent national strategy in patio sales.
- Work with external providers and internal stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, IT to deliver new products to market.
- Provide training to the dealer network and Stratco patio teams ensuring all have a comprehensive knowledge of the patio product range.

THE OPPORTUNITY
A new opportunity has arisen, based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Gepps Cross, for an Industrial Electrician with practical work experience in PLC and HMI Programming. Reporting to the Engineering Innovations Manager, and forming part of our collaborative engineering team, your varied role will entail the custom design and build of innovative equipment to enhance Stratco's manufacturing operations.
This is afull-time permanent role, working Monday - Friday, some overtime may be required with penalty rates that will apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out preventative maintenance to plant and equipment within the facility
- High level of technical and diagnostic skills including fault finding of electrical circuits and PLC programs
- Participate in the repairs and preventive maintenance of all site plant and equipment
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems for automation applications.
- Conduct system testing, diagnostics, and performance evaluations to ensure proper functioning of PLC-controlled systems.
- Collaborate with your team members to ensure successful project completion and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support to our manufacturing sites regarding PLC and HMI systems and troubleshooting.

If you have worked within commercial or retail development/fit out, looking to take a major role in owning the entire planning process for new store openings and remodeling projects, ensuring each is executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard, then this is the opportunity you've been looking for.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the National Retail Manager, National Category Controller, Real Estate Agents and other stakeholders to secure locations for new stores or relocations.
- Develop and manage budgets for construction, design and other associated store development related expenses.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Additionally, you will work closely with our management team to gain insight into the day-to-day running of the branch with the plan to take on management duties within the next 3-5 years.
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday - Friday with some reasonable additional hours depending on business requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer service: Assist our valued customers in selecting products and provide advice on product-related projects.
- Despatch: Assist the team with stock control and liaise with customers to ensure products are ready for pick up or transport in a timely manner. NOTE: Forklift license can be provided for additional duties within the despatch team.
- Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with our trade and retail customers both locally and regionally, ensuring that their orders are processed efficiently and effectively.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Despatch Manager, this position will ensure that vehicles are loaded and unloaded in a safe and timely manner, ready for despatch activities the following day.
This is a permanent full time opportunity initially working day shift Monday to Friday (6am - 2:06pm), with regular overtime available. After 3 months, there is the potential to move onto night shift (11pm - 7:06am).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Print out vehicle load sheets, plan the load and placement onto delivery trucks
- Locate finished goods and load vehicles safely and effectively
- Read pick sheets to pick and pack accessories required for loading
- Scan and update records to load sheets
- Move stock and finished goods around the warehouse safely
- Maintain stock records and stock movements via scanners
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- General housekeeping to ensure a tidy and safe working environment

Stratco's manufacturing and roll form facility is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Production Team Member (Sheet Metal) to join their operations team to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Development Manager (Trade Sales) based at our Malaga and brand new Neerabup Home Improvement Stores, travelling out to various current and prospective clients' sites around the northern suburbs of Perth and surrounding.

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Roofing Support Officer to join our Bundaberg team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment and enjoys working closely with both customers and contractors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submit roofing plans to our estimating team.
- Prepare and finalise quotes for domestic supply and fit roofing projects.
- Liaise with Site Supervisors and subcontractors to support on-site project delivery.
- Communicate with customers and process roofing orders.
- Uphold and contribute to a safe working environment.

- Knowledge of the Building and/or Roofing industry.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time Truck Driver to join our Bundaberg Operations team. This role will require a hands-on person who is willing to operate our machinery when delivery days are quiet.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 5AM TO 1PM.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review vehicle load sheets
- Secure load, prepare manifest and assist loading when required
- Deliver to customers and place onsite as required
- Capture pictures of items delivered for POD
- Maintain vehicle and driver logs
- Liaise with despatch and customers on delivery issues and delays
- Keep a clean truck at all times and ensure maintenance is up to date
- Operate machinery as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
- ESSENTIAL - HR License
- ESSENTIAL - Forklift Ticket
- DESIRABLE - Hiab Crane experience.
- Willingness to work local and regional runs
- Flexibility and willingness to operate machinery - we will train you!

This essential position will involve travel both locally and regionally to maintain existing business relationship and diligently forge new relationships to leverage business opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new business and identify emerging markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Represent West Coast Sheet Metal at trade shows and industry events.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates on business performance.
