You can change the delivery address by calling 1300 165 165 between 7.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday (CST) within 24 hours of placing your order.
In the top red bar, on the right hand side, click on the 'Login / Register' (person) icon. Click on the 'Super Saver & Garden Club' link to visit the Register Page. In the right column under 'I don’t have a card yet', fill in your details and click 'Create Account'.
Your online profile will be set up, your details will be processed and your Super Saver card will be sent to you in the post.
You can now begin shopping online, and accumulating points and vouchers.
Please allow at least two weeks for your card to arrive in the post.
When your card arrives, you can use this in-store. Or you can quote your Super Saver number at the checkout while waiting for your card to arrive.
Unless otherwise specified, the voucher will have the same duration as a voucher generated in-store.

You can cancel or change an order for Stratco manufactured product provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Orders for non-Stratco manufactured products can be cancelled or changed provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. You will need to call 1300 165 165 between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday or 9am to 5pm Sunday and public holidays (CST) to see if your order can be cancelled or changed.
Yes, you will be emailed a receipt of your order once payment has been approved.
Non-Stratco manufactured product can be returned at your local Stratco store or we can arrange a courier to pick up the order, at your expense. To arrange the pick up of your order you can email or call 1300 165 165 between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday or 9am to 5pm Sunday and public holidays (CST).
Yes, gift cards can be bought online under the 'Gift Cards' category.
Yes, you will need a copy of your receipt to return your order.
Non-Stratco manufactured products can be returned. Stratco manufactured products are unable to be returned.
