Locate your invoice and identify a number that begins with the following followed by a forward slash:
02, 03, 04, 05, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 14, 18 or 61.

Enter this number into the field above with the forward-slash (e.g. 02/123456).

Victoria

Locate your invoice and identify a number that begins with the following followed by a forward slash:
82, 83, 84, or 85.

Enter this number into the field above with the forward-slash (e.g. 82/123456).

New South Wales

Locate your invoice and identify a number that begins with the following followed by a forward slash:
51, 52, 53, 54 or 56.

Enter this number into the field above with the forward-slash (e.g. 51/123456).

Queensland

Locate your invoice and identify a number that begins with the following followed by a forward slash:
71, 72, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78 or 88.
