Stratco Louvre Lighting is a new innovation, exclusive to Stratco, which sees downlights installed inside the patio's louvres to create a bright & ambient space that can be customised to your liking. Today’s design aesthetic calls for smooth ceilings and recessed lighting as seen through the popularity of the recessed downlight. Profiles like Stratco Outback® Cooldek have vertical space for downlights to be recessed into the insulated panel, and in doing so, achieve this desired aesthetic while throwing out light to make the space useful for after-dark entertaining.

However, one thing that all louvre patio systems have struggled with is illuminating the space under the structure at night without the need for unsightly mounted lighting fixtures. Stratco’s Louvre Lighting system explicitly designed for Stratco Pavilion Allure and Stratco Outback® Sunroof has solved this challenge creating a lighting system to be recessed into the louvre blade resulting in the desired smooth ceiling finish with plenty of light to kick on into the night.
You can customise or build onto your louvre lighting system with other component kits. Stratco offers the standard kit with four 5W LED patio louvre lights, the expansion kit with two 5W LED patio louvre lights, the controller kit which includes a LED controller, and the retro-fit controller kit which can be paired with an existing sunroof or allure unit.
If you'd like the option of controlling your louvre downlights from the comfort of your chair, you can purchase an additional piece of hardware that will allow you to control your lights, straight from your smartphone.
The Stratco Louvre Lighting system is comprised of bright 500-lumen LED lights with a daylight white 5000k colour temperature, to maintain that natural, outdoor feeling.
