Within these measures are grants for homeowners and business owners designed to stimulate the renovation market and secure ongoing employment in the Territory.       FIRST HOMEONWERS: Grant for 1st Homeowners looking to improve their homes.

      For those who have purchased an established property as their first home, you may be eligible to for financial help to renovate or improve it.

      As part of the government’s stimulus package, IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR HOUSE AFTER 1 SEPTEMBER 2016, you can get up to $10,000 under this home renovation grant.

      You have up until 5pm on 30 November 2020 to get your application in.
