You can cancel or change an order for Stratco manufactured product provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Orders for non-Stratco manufactured products can be cancelled or changed provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. You will need to call 1300 701 924 between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday or 9am to 5pm Sunday and public holidays (CST) to see if your order can be cancelled or changed.

Yes, gift cards can be bought online under the 'Gift Cards' category.

Non-Stratco manufactured product can be returned at your local Stratco store or we can arrange a courier to pick up the order, at your expense. To arrange the pick up of your order you can email or call 1300 701 924 between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday or 9am to 5pm Sunday and public holidays (CST).

You can change the delivery address by calling 1300 701 924 between 7.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday (CST) within 24 hours of placing your order.
