How do I cancel or change an order?

You can cancel or change an order for Stratco manufactured product provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Orders for non-Stratco manufactured products can be cancelled or changed provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. You will need to call 1300 716 909 between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday or 9am to 5pm Sunday and public holidays (CST) to see if your order can be cancelled or changed.
