How to place a 'Click & Collect' order?

• Navigate to the product you wish to purchase.
• Add the product to your shopping cart.
• Click on the 'Cart' icon in the top right of the menu bar.
• Click on 'Checkout' to visit the Shopping Cart.
• In the Shopping Cart, choose 'Click & Collect' from the delivery methods.
• Next to 'Collect From', choose the store you wish to collect from in the dropdown menu.
• Note: Click and Collect is only available if your selected items are in stock, however manufactured goods can also be delivered to your local store for Click and Collect.  In most cases there is no added cost for this service, however some regional locations may charge a fee for delivery to your local store.  Any applicable fees will be clearly outlined in the checkout.
• If the store has stock, 'Ready for collection' will be displayed in green below the product.
• If the store has no stock, 'Out of stock' will be displayed in red below the product.
• If the product is 'Out of stock' in that store, please choose another store.
• If you have multiple items in your cart, some may be 'Ready for collection' and some may be 'Out of stock'.
• If some are 'Out of stock', you can view availability of stock and collect from another store, or give us a call on 1300 699 185 to discuss alternative options.
• If all of the items are 'Ready for collection' you can proceed to 'Checkout'.
• Complete the remaining checkout steps to complete your purchase.

Collection details

• Click & Collect items will be ready for pickup within four hours, during store trading hours.
• Please present your collection email to the checkout at the front of the store.
• A valid drivers licence or suitable alternative form of photo ID must be provided to collect your order.
