How to place a 'Click & Collect' order?

• Navigate to the product you wish to purchase.
• Add the product to your shopping cart.
• Click on the 'Cart' icon in the top right of the menu bar.
• Click on 'Checkout' to visit the Shopping Cart.
• In the Shopping Cart, choose 'Click & Collect' from the delivery methods.
• Next to 'Collect From', choose the store you wish to collect from in the dropdown menu.
• Note: Only stores with existing stock can be collected from.
• If the store has stock, 'Ready for collection' will be displayed in green below the product.
• If the store has no stock, 'Out of stock' will be displayed in red below the product.
• If the product is 'Out of stock' in that store, please choose another store.
• If you have multiple items in your cart, some may be 'Ready for collection' and some may be 'Out of stock'.
• If some are 'Out of stock', either remove them from the cart and purchase them separately, or choose a store that stocks all of the items in your cart.
• If all of the items are 'Ready for collection' you can proceed to 'Checkout'.
• Please complete the remaining checkout steps to complete your purchase.

Collection details

• Click & Collect items will be ready for pickup within four hours, during store trading hours.
• Please present your collection email to the checkout at the front of the store.
• 2 forms of identification must be provided to collect your order.
