What can I purchase?

Currently you can purchase from a selected range of Stratco products. We are constantly adding to the range available to purchase online so keep coming back to visit the site to see what has been added to the Online Store.


How do I get help?

If you need help shopping online you can email or call 1300 185 185 between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday or 9am to 5pm Sunday and public holidays (CST).

How do I locate products online?

You can use the navigation menu on the left of the screen to locate products. Alternatively, you can search for products by typing in the keywords of the product that you are looking for in the 'Search Products' section, which is shown at the top of the screen.


Can I buy gift cards online?

Yes, gift cards can be bought online under the 'Gift Cards' category.


How do I make changes to products in my 'cart'?

You can remove products or change quantities in your cart during the 'Checkout' process which is accessed by clicking the 'Checkout' link at the top right hand side of the screen.


How do I place an order?

  • Add the products that you want to buy to your cart.
  • Once you have placed all of the products that you want to buy in your cart, head to the 'Checkout'.
  • Make any changes to the quantities of the products in your cart and once you are happy with your product selection click on the 'Checkout' button to finalise payment and delivery.
  • Finalise your order by entering your payment and delivery details.
  • 'Accept' your order.

How do I cancel or change an order?

You can cancel or change an order for Stratco manufactured product provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Orders for non-Stratco manufactured products can be cancelled or changed provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. You will need to call 1300 185 185 between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday or 9am to 5pm Sunday and public holidays (CST) to see if your order can be cancelled or changed.


Can I add items from my order once I have completed the order?

Once you have accepted the order you are unable to add items to your order, however you can create a new order.


Why do you need my personal details?

The personal details you provide will be used to process and deliver your order. A contact phone number is needed for any delivery related queries and a valid email address is needed for sending the order confirmation and receipt.
