Peats original Cottage Mulch has been developed by combining recycled wood chip with a fine compost material, garden compost. This effectively produces a product rich in natural nutrients together with all of the properties expected of a quality ground cover mulch. Peats original Cottage Mulch should be applied all year round in order to maximise soil moisture retention while at the same time conditioning the soil by way of added nutrients. Peats original Cottage Mulch, as the name indicates, creates a very rich natural appearance which tends to enhance the colours forthcoming from seasonal and perennial planting while promoting healthier plants with more vibrant flower colour.
