Phone Orders and Customer Service 1300 165 165 Monday - Saturday Our friendly customer service team are ready to take your order over the phone on 1300 165 165 Monday to Saturday. You can choose to collect your order from your local Stratco store Monday to Friday or have it delivered. Our customer service team can also assist with any HowTo knowledge, advice and quoting you might need.
Entering The Store - Trade Customers Only
Trade customers are welcome to enter and shop in the store, however, they may be asked by Stratco team members to demonstrate their trade credentials through showing appropriate documentation or their Stratco Trade Cash Card. While in store, the following process must be followed:
A face mask or face covering must be worn. (unless a medical exemption can be proven)
Contact a Stratco team member upon arrival using the phone number displayed at the store.
Record your details on the site attendance register and record your temperature prior to entering.
The Store Manager will advise you of social distancing requirements.
Any paperwork that needs to be exchanged should be done so electronically if possible. If not then hand sanitiser or gloves must be used to minimise risk.
Non-Contact Collection Process Monday to Friday Your order will be prepared for non-contact collection Monday to Friday. There will be a mobile phone number displayed prominently at the store. When you arrive, please call this number. A team member will collect your products and place them safely before leaving to allow you to secure your load in isolation.
Non-Contact Delivery Safety Measures Our fleet of delivery vehicles will continue to operate with additional safety measures. Customers will be contacted via mobile phone and deliveries made with no physical contact required. Physical distancing requirements and best practice hygiene standards will be maintained at all times.
Additional Hygiene Measures First and foremost the health and wellbeing of our people is paramount and accordingly, we have adopted the guidelines provided by the Victorian Government, Federal Government and the Department of Health. We have also implemented additional cleaning and sanitisation measures that we believe are necessary in our stores and facilities to mitigate the risk posed by Coronavirus.
No Disruption To Manufacturing Our manufacturing and warehouse facilities remain open Tuesday to Friday as we continue to produce and store our suite of products. This includes any manufactured to order jobs.
Government Advice on Construction Work The Victorian Government requirements for the construction industry can be found in detail here. The summary for residential renovations is:
Renovations of homes are construction work and work on unoccupied homes can continue subject to the same restrictions as other small-scale construction sites.
If the premises are occupied as a home then the Stay at Home Directions expressly prohibit entry by workers onto a residential site unless the work is urgent and essential.
The common sense meaning of urgent and essential work suggests that the work must be required to make the home safe to occupy or allow the occupants to continue living in the home.
