All Stores Now Open!
All Melbourne Stores Open Monday to Saturday
With COVID restrictions easing we look forward to seeing you back in store from Wednesday October 28. Our Melbourne stores will be open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays from Saturday November 7.
Our Mildura store will remain open Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
All Victorian stores will be closed for public holidays, including Melbourne Cup, Tuesday November 3.
Covid Safe Shopping And Additional Hygiene Measures
First and foremost the health and wellbeing of our people is paramount and accordingly, we have adopted the guidelines provided by the Victorian Government, Federal Government and the Department of Health. We have also implemented additional cleaning and sanitisation measures that we believe are necessary in our stores and facilities to mitigate the risk posed by Coronavirus.

You can still shop online at stratco.com.au or over the phone on 1300 165 165 (Mon-Sat). You can either click & collect from your local store during opening hours, or have your purchase delivered to your door. We will continue to offer non-contact options for those who require this service.
Phone Orders and Customer Service 1300 165 165 Monday - Saturday
Our friendly customer service team are ready to take your order over the phone Monday to Saturday. They can also assist with the HowTo knowledge and advice for your outdoor living projects.
Trade Customers
Trade customers are welcome to come into our store, or if you prefer, orders can still be placed by phone on 1300 165 165 Monday to Saturday. We will prepare your order for non-contact collection during store opening hours if required.
Non-Contact Collection Process
We will continue to offer non-contact collection for those who need it. Orders will be available for collection during store opening hours. Please call us when you arrive. A team member will collect your products and place them safely before leaving to allow you to secure your load in isolation.
Non-Contact Delivery Safety Measures
Our fleet of delivery vehicles will continue to operate with additional safety measures. Customers will be contacted via mobile phone and deliveries made with no physical contact required. Physical distancing requirements and best practice hygiene standards will be maintained at all times.
No Disruption To Manufacturing
Our manufacturing and warehouse facilities remain open Monday to Friday as we continue to produce and store our suite of products. This includes manufactured to order jobs for trade and general customers.
