Conditions Of Entry:

Entry is open to new and existing Super Saver loyalty members.

1. Entry is only open to Western Australian residents only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Stratco and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
3. We will accept single entries only and each entry must be completed via the official online entry form.
4. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. Promotion commences Thursday 6 November 2025 at 8.00am and closes at 11.59pm Sunday 18 January 2026. Valid entries must be received before the closure of the promotion.The first valid entry drawn randomly will be deemed the winner If the prize is not claimed within 30 days the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be selected randomly. 
6. The Prize: A $500.00 Stratco giftcard.
7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at its discretion.
10. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested on the Entry is not provided (or provided in full), the entrant may not participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees and permits the Promoter to use the entrant’s personal information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic mail messages.
11. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (incl. photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further reference, payment or compensation the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
12. Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain parental or guardian consent prior to entering this Promotion. Where necessary, parental and guardian consent is deemed to have been provided to enable the Promoter to use an entrant’s personal information in the manner described in paragraphs 14 and 15 above.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and residency prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
