Option 1: John Deere XUV560E Crossover Utility Vehicle

A brand new XUV560E in standard John Deere green, with stamp duty and dealer delivery charges included. It's a genuine workhorse for anyone with acreage, a hobby farm or a property that needs more than a wheelbarrow can handle. It pairs pretty naturally with a shed big enough to park it in. The winner collects the vehicle from their nearest authorised John Deere dealership, and ongoing costs like options, insurance and fuel are up to them.

Option 2: $15,000 Cash

Prefer the flexibility? Take $15,000 paid straight into your Australian bank account. Put it toward the shed itself, the concrete slab, the fit-out, or whatever else the project needs.

Either way, it's a serious bonus on top of a shed you were already planning to build.

How To Enter: Just Buy A Qualifying Big Shed

There's no form to fill in, no receipt to upload and no entry fee. Entries are recorded automatically at the point of purchase. Here's what qualifies:

1. Buy during the purchase period. Purchase (or enter into a purchase contract and pay the deposit on) a qualifying Stratco garage before 11:59pm AEDT on 10 December 2026.

2. Make sure it's a qualifying size. The shed must be over 7m wide and over 3m high. Our team can confirm this for you when you're speccing your build.

3. Pay in full and take delivery in time. The full cost must be paid, and the shed delivered or collected, by 11:59pm AEDT on 26 February 2027. This is the one that catches people out. A deposit on its own doesn't qualify you for the draw.

Building more than one? You can enter more than once. Each qualifying shed purchased and delivered earns one entry, so multi-shed projects and rural properties adding several structures get multiple chances.

The draw takes place in Melbourne at 4:00pm AEDT on 1 March 2027 by computerised random selection, and the winner will be contacted in writing within seven days.
