Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

A person who enters the Draw will be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions. Please read these terms and conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions carefully.

To the extent of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail over the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions.

Entries

Entry into the Competition is free and is open to all Australian residents. To enter the Competition, entrants must have made an enquiry with Stratco about a Patio product, requested a quotation and received a Stratco Feedback Questionnaire via email. Entrants must complete the Stratco Feedback Questionnaire before the 31/1/2025, by answering all questions in the Questionnaire to the best of their ability. 1 completed Questionnaire = 1 entry into the draw. There is a restriction of one entry per person. Entry into the competition will be automatic once the Questionnaire is completed.

Competition Period

The Competition commences 7:00am (ACST) on 1st February 2024 and closes at 5:00pm (ACST) on 31st January 2025. (Competition Period).

The draw will take place on Wednesday 1st February, 2025 at 10.00am (ACST) at Stratco, 125 Cavan Road, Gepps Cross SA 5094.

Prizes

There is a singular prize of a $1,000 Stratco Gift Card. This card may be redeemed at any Stratco store in Australia and is valid for the period specified on the gift card.

Determining Winner

The winner of the Stratco Feedback Questionnaire $1000 Lucky Draw for the Competition Period will be determined by random draw from amongst each person who entered the draw by completing the Stratco Feedback Questionnaire during the Competition Period. The Draw, if required, will take place at 10.00am (ACST) at Stratco, 125 Cavan Road, Gepps Cross SA 5094.

Termination of Participation

Stratco may terminate the participation of an Entrant in a Competition, refuse to award a Prize to an Entrant or recover a Prize awarded to an Entrant without notice for any reason.

Notifications to winner and award of Prizes

The winner of the Stratco Feedback Questionnaire $1,000 Lucky Draw ($1,000 Stratco Gift Card) will be notified of their win by email or phone using the contact details provided when completing the Questionnaire.

Prize Winners’ names will be published on the Stratco Website.

Prizes will be awarded or delivered to winners, or made available for collection by winners, in the manner notified to the winners by Stratco.

Definitions

In these terms and conditions unless the context otherwise requires:

ACST means Australian Central Standard Time.
Competition means the Stratco Feedback& Questionnaire $1000 Lucky Draw promoted by Stratco.
Entrant means an entrant in a Competition and who is eligible to enter that Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.
General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions means the general terms and conditions of entry into Stratco competitions generally published by Stratco on the Competition Website from time to time.Prize means in respect of a Competition, a prize, award or other benefit to be awarded as set out in these terms and conditions.
Prize Winner means an Entrant or person who has entered into the Competition and who has won a Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions
Stratco means SLECO Pty. Ltd. ACN 007 893 781 and its related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001)
Stratco Website means the website at www.stratco.com.au

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to ACT residents only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Stratco and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
4. We will accept single entries only and each entry must be completed via the official online entry form
5. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. Promotion commences Saturday 18 November at 6.00am and closes at 11.59pm Wednesday 10 January. Valid entries must be received before the closure of the promotion. The winner will be selected at 125 Cavan Road Gepps Cross SA 5094 on Thursday 11 January 2023 at 2.00pm. The winner will be selected randomly and contacted by telephone and published on the stratco.com.au website. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be selected randomly.
7. Prize draw: The first entry drawn from will be deemed the winner. There will be one winner only. The Prize: HandiPod HP1 shed valued at $999.00 (this does not include installation). The winner will receive the shed or gift card delivered to their selected ACT address. The winner can opt to choose Stratco Gift Card to the value of $500.00 instead of the Handipod Shed (HP1).
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. In the event that a prize(s) is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value.
10. If the winner of the major prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
11. Unless expressly stated within these Conditions of Entry regarding all prizes, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at its discretion.
14. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested on the Entry is not provided (or provided in full), the entrant may not participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees and permits the Promoter to use the entrant’s personal information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic mail messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
15. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (incl. photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further reference, payment or compensation the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
16. Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain parental or guardian consent prior to entering this Promotion. Where necessary, parental and guardian consent is deemed to have been provided to enable the Promoter to use an entrant’s personal information in the manner described in paragraphs 14 and 15 above.

QLD Footy Finals Up To $5,000 Rebate Competition, September 2023

Queensland residents who have either made a deposit or fully paid for their Outback® Patio or Gable Garage between 26/9/23 and 1/10/23 with Stratco Queensland or a Stratco Authorised Outback® Dealer will be automatically entered into the random prize draw, limited to one entry per purchase. The winner will be drawn randomly on Friday 6th October by Stratco QLD, limited to one entry per purchase. Winners will be notified by email or phone. The winner will receive a rebate to the value of the product purchased, up to the value of $5,000. Total prize valued up to $5,000.

Competition Period
3. The period of the Competition begins at 12:00:00am (AEST) on 1st September 2023 and ends at 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 31st August 2024. (“Competition Period”).

Eligibility to Enter
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are current and former customers of Stratco who have received a promotional SMS or email from the Promoter.
5. Employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter or of Stratco, or any related body corporate of the Promoter or Stratco as well as any agency associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate Family Members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

How to Enter
6. To enter the Competition, an eligible entrant must complete one of the following mechanics during the Promotional Period:
(A) SMS Entry: (i) reply to the SMS that they receive from the Promoter with the word ‘YES’ in their reply SMS to receive an instant automatic call back. The automatic call back will be an automated phone survey; and (ii) answer all questions in the automated phone survey as prompted. SMS entry cost will vary dependent on the mobile network used but will not exceed 55c. SMS entries via the Internet are ineligible.
(B) Website Entry: (i) click on the link provided in the email or sms that they receive from the Promoter to be directed to the promotional website; and (ii) input the requested
personal details and answer all the questions in the survey as prompted on the promotional website and submit the fully completed survey.

7. For the sake of clarity, the entrant will be the person whose name is registered on the Stratco account relevant to mobile phone used to enter (for SMS entry), or email address (Website Entry)

Prize
11. One valid entry drawn from each prize draw will win a $1,000 Stratco Gift Card.

12. The Stratco Gift Card will be posted to the winner by registered mail and is valid for 12 months from the dates of card issue. The Stratco Gift Card is subject to its terms of issue. Refer to gift card policy. The Promoter accepts no liability for a defective Gift Card however, if necessary, will provide reasonable assistance to a winner to ensure a replacement Stratco Gift Card is provided.

13. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Stratco Gift Card not included. Any unused balance of the Stratco Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Stratco Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Stratco Gift Card. Unclaimed Prize Draw
14. If a prize is still unclaimed after three calendar months of the original prize draw, the Promoter will conduct a further draw for the prize, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same time and place as the original draw. The dates for the draws would be on 7 June 2024 and 9 December 2024.

The winner of an unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone or email within two (2) days of the draw. If the winner is located in the ACT they will be contacted by mail. The winner's name will be published on www.stratco.com.au within 7 days of the prize draw

General
15. This is not a game of skill. Each prize winner will be selected by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd at random through an automatic selection process.

16. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draws. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The total value of the prize pool is AU$2,000.

18. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken in any other form (including not being able to be taken as cash).

19. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause 14, if for any reason a winner does not take possession of their prize by the times stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.

23. Costs associated with completing the survey remain your responsibility and may vary depending on the telecommunications provider used.

Privacy
24. The Promoter may collect and use personal information submitted by you for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. Personal information may be provided to third party organizations, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers that assist in maintaining the survey functionality and/or conducting the Promotion, and, if required may be provided to Australian regulatory authorities. Competition Period

The Competition commences 7:00am (ACST) on 1st February 2021 and closes at 5:00pm (ACST) on 31st January 2022. (Competition Period).

Subject to regulatory requirements, the Promoter may cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Promotion at any time if something happens that is beyond its reasonable control, including for any technical or operational reason or by reason of anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

Costs associated with completing the survey remain your responsibility and may vary depending on the telecommunications provider used.

Privacy

The Promoter may collect and use personal information submitted by you for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. Personal information may be provided to third party organisations, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers that assist in maintaining the survey functionality and/or conducting the Promotion, and, if required may be provided to Australian regulatory authorities. You can stop this information being used for this purpose by contacting the Promoter. All personal information will be stored at the office of the Promoter. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australia residents located in WA, SA, NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS & NT 18 years and over (“Eligible Entrant”).
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating distributors and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

This purchase must be made within the Promotional Period. The Eligible Entrant must then register their purchase by completing all mandatory information accurately at www.stratco.com.au/forms/roofing-walling-competition-2020 by midnight 15^th January 2021. For every eligible registration, the Eligible Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the draw.
The draw will take place at Stratco Head Office, 125 Cavan Road, Gepps Cross, SA, 5094 on Friday 22^nd January, 2021 at 12:00 noon. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw, and the names of the winners will be published online at stratco.com.au from 25/01/2021.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn from all entries will win a $3,000 credit to be used on Stratco’s manufactured products falling into the Roofing and Walling, Shed, Fencing and Patio Ranges. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

To the extent of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail over the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions.

Entries

Entry into the Competition is free and is open to all Australian residents. To enter the Competition, entrants must have made an enquiry with Stratco about a Patio product, requested a quotation and received a Stratco Feedback Questionnaire via email. Entrants must complete the Stratco Feedback Questionnaire before the 31/1/2021, by answering all questions in the Questionnaire to the best of their ability. 1 completed Questionnaire = 1 entry into the draw. There is a restriction of one entry per person. Entry into the competition will be automatic once the Questionnaire is completed.

Competition Period

The Competition commences 7:00am (ACST) on 4th February 2020 and closes at 5:00pm (ACST) on 31st January 2021. (Competition Period).

The draw will take place on Monday 1st February, 2021 at 10.00am (ACST) at Stratco, 125 Cavan Road, Gepps Cross SA 5094.

Prizes

Determining Winner

Termination of Participation

Stratco may terminate the participation of an Entrant in a Competition, refuse to award a Prize to an Entrant or recover a Prize awarded to an Entrant without notice for any reason.

Notifications to winner and award of Prizes

Prize Winners’ names will also be published on the Stratco Facebook Page and the Stratco Website.

Prizes will be awarded or delivered to winners, or made available for collection by winners, in the manner notified to the winners by Stratco.

Definitions

In these terms and conditions unless the context otherwise requires:

ACST means Australian Central Standard Time.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

A person who participates in the Promotion will be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions.

To the extent of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail over the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions.

Promotion Period

The Promotion commences 7:30am (AWST) on 9^th August 2019 and closes at 4:00pm (AWST) on 25^th August 2019 (Promotion Period).

Participation Criteria

Participation in the Promotion is open to all Australian residents except officers, employees, suppliers, retailers and other contractors of Stratco and its related bodies corporate and members of the immediate families of such persons.

To participate in the Promotion, Participants must during the Promotion Period:

commit to purchase a DIY Homeline or Outback Patio or Gable Roof Garage and pay a deposit of a minimum value of $1,000.00 (which deposit is received in cleared funds by Stratco); or
commit to purchase an installed Outback Patio or Gable Roof Garage and pay a minimum deposit of $1,000.00 to the agreed installer (which deposit is received in cleared funds by the agreed installer).

Holiday Giveaways

There are two (2) holidays which are being offered to Participants of the Promotion, which will be dependent on the price of the Participant’s qualifying products purchased, or to be purchased, by the Participant as follows:

The Busselton holiday

The baggage allowance will be set by the airline and be outlined in the documentation provided by Stratco once the Broome Holiday is booked. If the Participant wishes to increase such baggage allowance then this must be organised directly with the airline and paid for by the Participant.

This Broome holiday has an estimated value of $1080.00
(hereinafter referred to as the Broome Holiday)

Exclusions from the Promotion Holidays and Additional Charges

The following are not included in the Promotion Holidays:

Travel Insurance
Transfers
Incidental expenses
Laundry
Wi-Fi for the Busselton Holiday
In-room service costs including but not limited to phone calls, mini bar, pay to order television or movies, room service etc.
Spending money
Beverages and meals (other than the $50.00 voucher included in the Busselton Holiday)
Tips
Excess Baggage or other incidental costs relating to the flights
Activities
All other items of a personal nature

Whilst travel insurance is not included in the Promotion Holidays, Stratco recommend that the Participant take out their own travel insurance policy.

Any descriptions provided of the hotels for the Promotion Holidays are based on information currently available at the time of the Promotion commencing and will be subject to change at any time. Whilst every effort will be made by Stracto to ensure that the information provided is correct, Stratco does not guarantee that the information provided by third parties, including the hotels, is true and correct. Any maps provided are not to scale and are provided for information purposes only. The photographs pictured of the hotel rooms are guides only and the room that the Participant is to occupy may not be exactly the same as that pictured.

If the Participant should wish to extend the Busselton Holiday, the Participant must make all arrangements directly with the hotel once the booking has been confirmed by Stratco and the Participant will be liable to pay all additional charges to extend the Busselton Holiday beyond the 2 nights stay.

If the Participant wishes for more than two (2) people to stay at the accommodation for the Busselton Holiday, children may be accommodated at the sole and absolute discretion of the hotel subject to availability and if the hotel is willing to allow children to stay in this accommodation then the cost of extra bedding will be at the Participant’s expense.

If the Participant should wish to extend the Broome Holiday, any changes in flights will incur additional charges of a minimum of $150.00 per person plus any change in the seat price for the chosen date of travel. The Participant will also be responsible to make all arrangements directly with the hotel to extend beyond the 3 nights stay once the booking has been confirmed by Stratco and the Participant will be liable to pay all additional charges to extend the Broome Holiday beyond the 3 nights stay.

Redemption of the Promotion

To redeem the Promotion, Participants must, within 28 days of paying the deposit, advise Stratco of their preferred booking dates during the eligible holiday period as outlined below by email to promotions@stratcowa.com.au, and thereafter provide all information required by Stratco to enable Stratco to book the Holiday on their behalf. If the Participant does not advise Stratco of their preferred booking dates within 28 days of payment of their deposit, or provide the relevant information required, they will no longer be eligible for the Promotion. All bookings must be finalised Whilst the Participant can provide preferred booking dates, this will be subject to availability of flights and accommodation and this will be available on a “first come, first serve” basis. If the Participant’s preferred booking dates are not available, Stratco will advise the Participant and ask them to provide alternative dates. There are a limited number of flights and accommodation available during the eligible holiday period outlined below.

The travel arrangements and services will be provided by Third Party Providers who operate under the standards set by local and Commonwealth authorities, and are suppliers who Stratco believe to be reputable. Stratco will accept booking terms and conditions and limitations of Third Party Providers on behalf of the Participant and will provide all details and travel arrangements to the Participant once the booking of the Holiday has been completed and confirmed. The conditions imposed by third parties, which Stratco will accept on behalf of the Participant, cannot be varied, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of this third party.

Due to the scale of the Promotion, special rooming requests are not available but the Participant can discuss this directly with the hotel, at their own cost, at the time of check-in.

Subject to the exclusions below, the Participant is only permitted to book the Holiday for dates that fall within the eligible holiday period of 1 November 2019 to 30 March 2020, excluding dates which fall within the “blackout periods” being:

During school holidays (including primary, tertiary and university) in Western Australia (which school holidays are deemed to commence on the Saturday following the last day of the school term); and
Public holidays that fall within the eligible holiday period, being 1 January (New Year’s Day), 26 January (Australia Day), 25 December (Christmas Day), 26 December (Boxing Day) and any other day, or part-day, declared or prescribed by or under a law of Western Australia to be observed generally within the State of Western Australia, or a region of the State of Western Australia, as a public holiday.

Stratco will not allow for redemption of the Promotion where it appears from the date and serial number of the Tax Invoice provided by the Participant, that the relevant deposit was paid (or received in cleared funds) outside the Promotion Period.

A Participant is only allowed to redeem one Promotion per person.

Cancellations, Alterations and Refunds

In the event that the sale of the qualifying product between the Participant and Stratco is not completed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Participant (including but not limited to Council Approval not being granted), and subject to the Participant’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Western Australian Consumer Protection legislation, the $1,000.00 deposit paid by the Buyer to Stratco will only be refundable where the Participant has not redeemed the Promotion, or has otherwise not made any booking through Stratco.

Once Stratco has booked a Promotion Holiday for the Participant, a partial refund of the deposit may be paid to the Participant. The refund will be calculated in Stratco’s sole and absolute discretion by Stratco taking into consideration the products originally purchased and the Promotion Holiday booked, and such other matters as Stratco deems relevant.

Any alterations requested to a Promotion Holiday booked for a Participant will be subject to the acceptance or rejection in Stratco’s sole and absolute discretion. When Stratco permits an alteration, Stratco will be entitled to charge a fee in accordance with any cost incurred by Stratco to make such alteration. No alterations can be made once travel has commenced. Alterations after documents have been issued (i.e. once flights have been booked) may not be possible or may be subject to additional fees imposed by Third Party Providers and such fees will be payable by the Participant. Flight and traveler details for flights cannot be changed once booked.

Refunds will not be offered by Stratco on unused flights or accommodation.

The Holiday Promotions are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be assigned.

Variations

If, at any time, circumstances outside of Stratco’s control require Stratco to make changes to the Participant’s travel arrangements, Stratco reserves all rights to cancel or reschedule the Participant’s Promotion Holiday. Stratco will not be liable to the Participant for any loss (including consequential loss) or damage incurred by the Participant as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling of the Promotion Holiday. Where it is necessary to change the hotel where accommodation is to be booked, Stratco reserves the right to substitute such accommodation with accommodation that is of a similar standard to that previously booked.

Liability

Stratco is in no way liable or responsible for the services provided by the Third Party Providers.

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that by redeeming the Promotion it will not hold Stratco, its employees or related bodies corporate in any way liable or responsible for any loss, injury, damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with the Promotion Holiday.
If the Participant provides incorrect or incomplete information when redeeming the Promotion Holiday, the Participant will be wholly liable for any and loss or damage incurred as a result. If this results in the Participant not being able to take the Promotion Holiday, Stratco will not refund or rebook the Promotion Holiday.

Facebook

Participants acknowledge that:

all information, images or other content in respect of the Promotion posted on Facebook is collected by Stratco and not by Facebook
the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook
Participants completely release Facebook in respect of all liability arising from the Promotion
Stratco is entitled to use all content posted by a Participant in marketing or advertising its products or business.

Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions will be construed according to and governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of Western Australia (where the Promotion is being held) and South Australia (where the head offices of Stratco are located) in relation to any dispute arising under these terms and conditions.

All prices contained throughout these terms and conditions are GST inclusive unless stated otherwise.

AWST means Australian Western Standard Time
DIY Homeline means a flat or gable roof patio structure, including Cooldek variants, from the Stratco Homeline range sold as a do it yourself kit.
Gable Roof Garage means a fully enclosed, partially enclosed of fully open gable roof garage including ‘garaport’ options from the Stratco Garage range sold as a do it yourself kit.
General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions means the general terms and conditions of entry into Stratco competitions generally published by Stratco on the Competition Page or elsewhere on the Stratco Website from time to time, as they apply to this Promotion, and where the term “Entrant” is used this will mean the “Participant”.
DIY Outback Patio means a flat, gable or opening roof structure, including Cooldek variants, from the Stratco Outback range sold as a do it yourself kit.
Participant means a participant in the Promotion and who is eligible to participate in this Promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions
Promotion means the “STRATCO 2019 PERTH HOME SHOW HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY PROMOTION” promoted by Stratco at the Perth Home Show held between the 9^th to 11^th of August 2019, or elsewhere on the Stratco Website, in Stratco catalogues, and on digital and social platforms
Promotion Holiday or Promotion Holidays means the Busselton Holiday and the Broome Holiday which a Participant can be awarded as set out in these terms and conditions
Stratco means Stratco Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 007 893 781 and its related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001)
Stratco Facebook Page means www.facebook.com/stratco
Stratco Website means the website at stratco.com.au
Third Party Providers means any third party provider who providers services to Stratco on behalf of the Participant including but not limited to airlines, hotels and restaurants which Stratco will engage to arrange the Participant’s Promotion Holiday.

Stratco "What's In Your Shed?" Competition

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

A person who enters the Competition, or "votes" on the Competition Website as part of the Competition, will be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions. Please read these terms and conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions carefully.

To the extent of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail over the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions.

Entries

Entry into the Competition is free and is open to all residents of Australia except officers, employees, suppliers, retailers and other contractors of Stratco and its related bodies corporate and members of the immediate families of such persons.

To enter the Competition, Entrants must post on the Stratco Facebook Page or Competition Website during a Competition Period a video or photographs and story of something that they have or do in their shed or garage. Videos and photographs posted must satisfy the technical requirements specified when making the post. Entrants must follow the prompts and complete all information required in making the entry.

SA residents must be over 18 years of age to enter, residents of other states and territories under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of their parent or guardian to enter.

There is no restriction on the number of different entries that an Entrant may submit for the Competition.

Entries must not contain any images:

in respect of which a third party holds the Intellectual Property Rights where the Entrant has not obtained all necessary consents to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate or otherwise use the material for the Competition and to grant to Stratco the licences in respect of that image set out in these terms and conditions
of another person without that person’s permission (or in the case of a minor, the minor’s parent or legal guardian).

Competition Period

The Competition commences 12:01am (ACST) on 9th March 2018 and closes at 11:59pm (ACST) on 31st January 2019. This period is broken up into monthly periods (Competition Periods). The first Competition Period commences at 12:01am (ACST) on 9th March 2018 and ends at 11:59pm (ACST) on 30th April 2018. Thereafter, the Competition Periods commence at 12:01am (ACST) on the first day of each month and end at 11:59pm (ACST) on the last day of each month up to and including the month of January 2019.

The final draw will be on Tuesday February 5, 2019.

Prizes

There are sixty-four Stratco gift Cards to be won as Prizes with a total value of $25,000. These cards may be redeemed at any Stratco store in Australia and are valid for the period specified on the gift card.

Prizes for Entrants

A $1,000 Stratco gift card (Monthly Prize) will be awarded in respect of each of 9 Competition Periods as a Prize to one entry submitted during that Competition Period.
A $500 Stratco gift card (Monthly People’s Choice Prize) will be awarded in respect of each of 9 Competition Periods as a Prize to the entry submitted during that Competition Period that receives the most votes.
A $5,200 Stratco gift card (Major Prize) will be awarded as a Prize to one Monthly Prize or Monthly People’s Choice winner.

Prizes for voting in the Competition

A $500 Stratco gift card (Lucky Draw Prize) will be awarded in respect of each of 9 Competition Periods as a Prize to one person that voted on the Competition Website in respect of that Competition Period.
A $50 Stratco gift card (Share/Like Draw Prize) will be awarded in respect of each of 36 weeks (Sunday - Saturday) during Competition Periods as a Prize to one person who, from the Competition Website, shared/liked an entry submitted during that week.

Determining winners of Monthly Prizes

Stratco will determine the winner of each Monthly Prize based on the relative production and content quality, relevance, entertainment value, human interest and originality of all eligible entries submitted during the Competition Period to which that Monthly Prize relates. The winner for a Competition Period will be announced on the first Tuesday in the second month commencing at the end of that Competition Period.

For example, the Monthly Prize winner for the July 2018 Competition Period will be an Entrant who has submitted an entry during July 2018 and will be announced on Tuesday 4 September 2018.

Determining winners of Monthly People’s Choice Prizes

The winner of each Monthly People’s Choice Prize will be the Entrant whose entry receives the most “votes” cast on the Competition Website between 12.01am (ACST) on the first day of the month commencing at the end of Competition Period in which the entry is submitted and 11.59pm on the last day of that month. The winner for a Competition Period will be determined on the first Tuesday in the second month commencing at the end of that Competition Period.

For example, the Monthly People’s Choice Prize winner for the July 2018 Competition Period will be determined on Tuesday 4 September 2018 based on the number of “votes” cast during the month of August in respect of each eligible entry received during the month of July 2018.

Stratco reserves the right to determine the winner of a Monthly People’s Choice Prize in the case of an equality of “votes” between leading entries, or where Stratco determines that “votes” may have been purchased or otherwise made the subject of unfair influence. Stratco’s determination of the winners will be final and binding on all Entrants.

Determining winners of the Major Prize

Stratco will determine the winner of the Major Prize from amongst all the winners of the Monthly Prizes and the Monthly People’s Choice Prize based on the relative production and content quality, relevance, entertainment value, human interest and originality of all relevant entries.

The winner will be determined on Tuesday 5 February 2019.

Determining winners of Lucky Draw Prizes and Share/Like Draw Prizes

The winner of a Lucky Draw Prize for a Competition Period will be determined by random draw from amongst each person who voted on the Competition Website in respect of an entry submitted during that Competition Period. The Draw for that Prize will be take place on the first Tuesday in the second month commencing at the end of the Competition Period.

For example, the Lucky Draw Prize winner for the July 2018 Competition Period will be someone who during August 2018, voted on an entry submitted by an Entrant in July 2018 and will be decided by a draw taken place on Monday 3 September 2018.

The winner of the Share/Like Draw Prize for a week during a Competition Period will be determined by random draw from amongst each person who, from the Competition Website, shared or liked any entry. The Draw for that Prize will take place on the Monday following that week.

Draws of the Lucky Draw Prizes and Share/Like Draw Prizes will take place at 10am (ACST) at Nation Creative, 16 Anster Street Adelaide SA 5000 on the date the draw is to take place for that Competition Period.

Notifications to winners and award of Prizes

Winners of the Monthly Prizes, Monthly People’s Choice Prizes, Lucky Draw Prizes, Share/Like Draw Prizes and the Major Prize will be notified of their win by email or post using the contact details submitted with their entries.

Prize Winners' names will also be published on the Stratco Facebook Page and the Competition Website once the winner has been drawn.

In the event that Stratco can’t contact a Prize Winner within 3 months of Stratco determining that winner, Stratco may at its discretion, give that Prize Winner’s Prize to another person, conduct a redraw for that Prize or surrender the Prize as permitted by law. Redraw will be determined by a random draw that will take place at 10am (ACST) at Nation Creative, 16 Anster Street Adelaide SA 5000 on the date the draw is to take place for that Competition Period.

Prizes will be awarded or delivered to winners, or made available for collection by winners, in the manner notified to the winners by Stratco.

Promotion

At reasonable times and subject to reasonable notice being given, Entrants must allow or procure Stratco and its authorised representatives safe access to the premises upon which the shed depicted in the Entrant’s entry is located for the purpose of Stratco and its representatives inspecting the project or taking film of photographs of the project. All Entrants consent to such film or photographs being broadcast or otherwise made public at any time.

Entrants acknowledge that:

all information, images or other content in respect of the Competition posted on Facebook is collected by Stratco and not by Facebook
the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook
Entrants completely release Facebook in respect of all liability arising from the Competition.

Intellectual Property

Entrants grant to Stratco an irrevocable, perpetual non-exclusive royalty free license to download, print, display, perform, reverse engineer, modify, adapt copy, reproduce, transmit, disseminate and publish any images or material contained in or submitted with an Entrant’s entry and to create derivative works from any part of such image or material for any purpose and to grant sublicenses of the same.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be construed according to and governed by the law of South Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of South Australia in relation to any dispute arising under these terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

To the extent of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail over the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions.

Entries

Entry into the Competition is free and is open to all Australian residents. To enter the Competition, entrants must have made an enquiry with Stratco about a Patio product, requested a quotation and received a Stratco Feedback Questionnaire via email. Entrants must complete the Stratco Feedback Questionnaire before the 3/2/2020, by answering all questions in the Questionnaire to the best of their ability. 1 completed Questionnaire = 1 entry into the draw. There is a restriction of one entry per person. Entry into the competition will be automatic once the Questionnaire is completed.

Competition Period

The Competition commences 7:00am (ACST) on 1st February 2019 and closes at 5:00pm (ACST) on 3rd February 2020. (Competition Period).

The draw will take place on Tuesday 4th February, 2020 at 10.00am (ACST) at Nation Creative, 16 Anster Street Adelaide SA 5000.

Prizes

There is a singular prize of a $1000 Stratco Gift Card. This card may be redeemed at any Stratco store in Australia and is valid for the period specified on the gift card.

Determining Winner

Termination of Participation

Stratco may terminate the participation of an Entrant in a Competition, refuse to award a Prize to an Entrant or recover a Prize awarded to an Entrant without notice for any reason.

Specific Terms And Conditions For “Stratco 2018 Sheds Advent Calendar" Competition

Acceptance of Terms And Conditions

A person who enters the Competition will be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions.

Please read these terms and conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions carefully.

To the extent of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail over the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions.

Entry Criteria

Entry into the Competition is open to all residents of Australia except officers, employees, suppliers, retailers and other contractors of Stratco and its related bodies corporate and members of the immediate families of such persons.

To enter the Competition, Entrants must, during the Competition Period:

purchase a Stratco shed or garage from a Stratco store or online; and
complete and submit an online entry form on the Competition Page. In doing so, Entrants must provide the date and serial number for the Tax Invoice issued in respect of their above purchase.

Entrants must:

follow the online entry form prompts and complete all information required in making the entry; and
retain the hard copy of Tax Invoice issued in respect of their above purchase which must be produced to Stratco in order to claim a Prize.

Stratco will not accept an entry for the Competition where it appears from the date and serial number of the Tax Invoice provided by the Entrant, that the relevant purchase was made outside the Competition Period.

There is no restriction on the number of different entries that an Entrant may submit for the Competition.

Competition Period

The Competition commences 12:01am (ACST) on 1st November 2018 and closes at 12:00pm (ACST) on 24^th December 2018 (Competition Period).

Prizes

There are twenty-four (24) prize packs valued at $500 each (Daily Prizes) and one (1) Stratco Gift Card valued at $2,500 (Major Prize) to be won.

The total value of all Prizes is $14,500.

Prizes will be packs of assorted Stratco hardware and home improvement products chosen at Stratco’s discretion prior to the draw.

Daily Prize Draws

All winners of a Daily Prize will be determined by random draw each day at 10am (ACST) from (and including) 1 December 2018 to 24 December 2018. These draws will be conducted at Nation Creative, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000 using DrawMyComp.com (authorised random winner generator software).

Once a winner of a Daily Prize is determined, a shed door will be opened at Stratco 59 Port Wakefield Rd, Gepps Cross SA 5094, to reveal the Daily Prize.

An Entrant may only be awarded one Daily Prize. On winning a Daily Prize, the winner will be withdrawn for the purpose of the drawing of any subsequent Daily Prize.

All Daily Prize winners will be included in the draw for the Major Prize.

Major Prize Draw

The winner of the Major Prize will be determined by random draw at 4pm (ACST) on Christmas Eve, Monday 24 December 2018. The draw will be conducted at Nation Creative, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000 using DrawMyComp.com (authorised random winner generator software).

Notifications to winners and award of Prizes

Prize Winners will be notified of their win by email and phone using the contact details submitted with their entries.

Prize Winners’ names will also be published on the Stratco Facebook Page and the Competition page directly after each daily draw, on Dec 1 – 24, 2018.

In the event that Stratco can’t contact a Prize Winner/s within 3 months of Stratco determining that winner, Stratco will conduct a redraw/s at 11.00am (ACST) on Tuesday 26^th March 2019. Determining Winners

Terms and Conditions of Stratco Trade Customer Feedback Promotion.

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in Stratco Trade Customer Feedback Competition ("Competition") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promoter

2. The promoter is Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd (ABN 53 146 056 331) Level 10, 380 St Kilda Road Victoria 3004.

Competition Period

3. The period of thes Competition begins at 12:00:00am (AEST) on 30th of May 2019 and ends at 11:59:59pm (AEDT) on 30th November 2019. (“Competition Period”).

Eligibility to Enter

4. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are current and former customers of Stratco who have received a promotional SMS or email from the Promoter.

5. Employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter or of Stratco, or any related body corporate of the Promoter or Stratco as well as any agency associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate Family Members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

How to Enter

6. To enter the Competition, an eligible entrant must complete one of the following mechanics during the Promotional Period:

(A) SMS Entry: (i) reply to the SMS that they receive from the Promoter with the word ‘YES’ in their reply SMS to receive an instant automatic call back. The automatic call back will be an automated phone survey; and (ii) answer all questions in the automated phone survey as prompted. SMS entry cost will vary dependent on the mobile network used but will not exceed 55c. SMS entries via the Internet are ineligible.

(B)1800 Entry: (i) call the designated 1800 number sent to them in the SMS they receive from the Promoter; and (ii) answer all questions in the automated phone survey as prompted including their contact phone number (mobile phone number). The entry when calling the 1800 number is free from a landline.

(C) Website Entry: (i) click on the link provided in the email or sms that they receive from the Promoter to be directed to the promotional website; and (ii) input the requested personal details and answer all the questions in the survey as prompted on the promotional website and submit the fully completed survey.

7. For the sake of clarity, the entrant will be the person whose name is registered on the Stratco account relevant to the mobile phone number submitted on entry (for 1800 entry), the mobile phone used to enter (for SMS entry), or email address (Website Entry)

8. Only one (1) entry permitted per feedback request.

9. Entries open and close for the draw on the dates and times specified in the table below. The prize draws will be conducted by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd Level 10, 380 St Kilda Road 3004 at 11:00am AEDT on the dates specified in the table below

11. One valid entry drawn from each prize draw will win a $1,000 Stratco Gift Card.

12. The Stratco Gift Card will be posted to the winner by registered mail and is valid for 12 months from the dates of card issue. The Stratco Gift Card is subject to its terms of issue. Refer to gift card policy. The Promoter accepts no liability for a defective Gift Card however, if necessary, will provide reasonable assistance to a winner to ensure a replacement Stratco Gift Card is provided.

13. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Stratco Gift Card not included. Any unused balance of the Stratco Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Stratco Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Stratco Gift Card. Unclaimed Prize Draw

14. If a prize is still unclaimed after three calendar months of the original prize draw, the Promoter will conduct a further draw for the prize, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same time and place as the original draw. The dates for the draws would be on 5 March 2020.

General

15. This is not a game of skill. Each prize winner will be selected by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd at random through an automatic selection process.

16. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draws. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The total value of the prize pool is AU$1,000.

18. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken in any other form (including not being able to be taken as cash).

19. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause 14, if for any reason a winner does not take possession of their prize by the times stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
