If you need anything, our Fyshwick store is open for order collections. You can place orders or request a free quote online at stratco.com.au or over the phone on 1300 165 165. Trade customers can still come into the store for essential supplies.
Covid Safe Shopping And Additional Hygiene Measures
First and foremost the health and wellbeing of our people is paramount and accordingly, we have adopted the guidelines provided by the ACT Government, Federal Government and the Department of Health. We have also implemented additional cleaning and sanitisation measures that we believe are necessary in our stores and facilities to mitigate the risk posed by Coronavirus. Each store has responded accordingly, please respect the measures put in place by Stratco Management.

Online shopping is available at stratco.com.au 24/7 or over the phone on 1300 165 165 (7.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 1.30pm on Saturdays). You can either Click & Collect from your local store during modified opening hours, or have your purchase delivered to your door. We will continue to offer non-contact options for those who require this service.

Our friendly customer service team are ready to take your order over the phone 7.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 1.30pm on Saturdays. They can also assist with the HowTo knowledge and advice for your outdoor living projects.
Trade Customers
Customers are welcome to come into our store for supplies, or if you prefer, orders can still be placed by phone on 1300 165 165 7.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 1.30pm on Saturdays. We will prepare your order for non-contact collection during store opening hours if required.
